Thanksgiving Sides in a Snap: Stress-Free Dishes for Time-Crunched Cooks

The first couple hours spent cooking for Thanksgiving can be fun. It can be festive. And then suddenly... it’s exhausting. But it doesn’t have to be that way! With our Thanksgiving Sides in a Snap, you’ll be whipping up delicious & impressive dishes in no time – with many of them even prepared a day or two in advance – so that you can enjoy more time relaxing with your loved ones.
Learn tips and techniques for side dishes that hold well (even if Thanksgiving dinner happens to start late), like Apple, Cranberry, & Walnut Salad with Creamy Maple Dressing; Savory Pumpkin Soup; Potatoes Mousseline; Sweet Potato & Orange Soufflé with Pecan Streusel Topping; Cranberry-Orange Relish; Braised Brussels Sprouts with Lemon Cream; and Overnight Hot Rolls. We'll also provide a Thanksgiving Turkey Primer in class materials, which covers brining your bird, making homemade turkey stock and creamy gravy. These dishes are sure to add pizzazz to the holiday table! Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during class.
