Health & Wellness Coaching is designed to create a program that works for YOU without sacrificing all the things you love. We will discuss your current lifestyle, goals, roadblocks, and strategies to create a holistic wellness plan that you can stick to through sustainable long-term shifts.
Since we are all bio-individual and unique, I meet clients where they are and customize the program to meet their specific needs. No one-size-fits-all here! We’ll focus on bite-sized changes that are both realistic and sustainable, incorporating nutrition, easy cooking techniques, stress management, holistic living and more.
As my client, you will receive:
1:1 coaching over the course of 90 days (biweekly 60-minute calls) to customize your plan, check in and strategize personal solutions based on your wellness goals
foundational and custom recipes that work both for your goals and for your family so that no one has to sacrifice flavor or satisfaction
a customized notebook with resources, recipes, and wellness tips on topics like stress-management, detoxification, gut health and more
accountability through journaling and habit tracking
email and text support
one 60-minute reiki session and custom essential oil blend to promote relaxation & balance
