Cooking with Friends: Fall Flavors of Italy

Hands-on class, taught by Laura DePalma Isabella, Chef-Instructor
Our popular ‘Cooking with Friends’ hands-on class series is back! Roll up your sleeves, pour yourself a glass of wine, and get busy making a fall Italian feast! In this 3-hour interactive hands-on class, we’ll start by sampling a Sparkling Autumn Spritz with warming spices and prosecco as well as Whipped White Bean Crostini with Caper-Anchovy Salsa Verde. After we’ve whet our appetites, learn to make a Shaved Fall Vegetable Salad with Goat Cheese Vinaigrette & Toasted Walnuts; Roasted Acorn Squash Agrodolce; and Handmade Semolina Pasta (yes, from scratch!) with Slow-Simmered Bolognese Sauce. Top off the evening with Zabaglione Sweet Custard & Fresh Berries. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during class.
