Hot Rolls & Sweet Rolls: A Yeast Bread Workshop + Make-and-Take

At its simplest, yeast bread is made up of flour, water, salt, and yeast – just four ingredients, but never have four ingredients sparked such fear! Making bread can be a very intimidating proposition, but it doesn’t have to be. It’s really all about technique; it’s about developing a feel for the ingredients – and you can’t do that without practice! So, let’s roll up our sleeves, mix up our ingredients, and really get our hands in the dough as we make Sixty-Minute Hot Rolls (which has been a DePalma family favorite, especially around the holidays, for more than two decades!) and a Basic Sweet Roll Dough that transforms beautifully into Pecan Sticky Buns and Classic Cinnamon Rolls. All supplies included. Please bring a large container to take home a variety of hot rolls and sweet rolls.
