Join us for a delightful and delicious evening with special guest, Ruth Pongrace from Women in History Ohio, as she brings the engaging personality of Julia Child to life! We will demonstrate a few French classics to enjoy while “Julia” entertains us, beginning with cheese-laced Gougères, followed by a silky Roasted Red Pepper Bisque; classic Croque Monsieur with French ham, Gruyère and béchamel sauce; Frisée Salad with Figs & Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette; and French Tarte Renversée Caramélisée Aux Abricot (upside down caramelized apricot tart). Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages, including wine and beer.
