Demonstration Class, Taught by Guest Instructor George Soos

It’s time to break out those grills and fire ‘em up for this Springtime Grilling Class! Whether you’re a first-time griller or brushing up on your outdoor cooking skills, join us as we welcome back our resident grilling instructor, George Soos. Gather round the grilling patio as we make and enjoy Thai Pork Burgers with Cilantro & Lime Aioli on Brioche; Orange-Whiskey Glazed Grilled Chicken Thighs; Grilled Pork Tenderloin Tacos with Mango-Jalapeño Salsa; and a light-but-filling Grilled Vegetable Couscous Salad that can also double as a vegetarian main. We’ll cap off the evening with Brown Sugar & Rum-Glazed Grilled Pineapple Sundaes. Be sure to bring your jackets (it gets chilly once the sun goes down!) since this class will be held mostly outdoors. Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages, including wine and beer.
