The Art of Aperitivo: Italian Happy Hour in the Orchard with La Grazia Charcuterie Boutique
Thursday, July 18 | 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Italians have a way of unwinding in the evening hours between work and dinner – one that includes refreshing low-ABV drinks, delicious nibbles, and merriment in a convivial setting. What is this cultural ritual? The answer: aperitivo. During our relaxed outdoor event, enjoy aperitivo – and its more recent cousin, apericena – under the shade of the orchard trees after having made your own charcuterie board with the guidance of the all-new La Grazia Charcuterie Boutique. Then sip on an Aperol Spritz and dive into a family-style array of Italian dishes including White Bean Crostini with Lemon-Anchovy Salsa; Tomato & Peach Salad with Burrata; Italian Roasted Peppers; Amalfi Tuna, Lemon & Caper Pasta; Classic Focaccia; and Ripe Stone Fruit with Cream & Crushed Biscotti. Guests are welcome to bring their own wine and beer.
