We’ll explore exactly what a chicken tender is, its versatility and how to transform it into four distinct and uncomplicated dishes: a zesty-yet-comforting Chicken Tortilla Soup; “Buffalo Wing” Chicken Sandwiches with Blue Cheese Dressing that’ll make you rethink eating just chicken wings ever again; the Thai-inspired Chicken Satay Skewers with Spicy Peanut Sauce and Sesame Noodles; and Pecan-Crusted Chicken Tenders over Crisp Romaine Salad with Tangy Maple Dressing that’s perfect any time of day. In this class, we will cover proper handling and preparation techniques for raw chicken, essential knife skills, crafting flavorful sauces & dressings, and creative recipe variations.
