Join us as we celebrate the abundance and beauty of our gardens and farmers' markets! In this relaxed class taking place outside under the shade of the orchard, we will discuss a variety of summer produce – including a special lesson on tomatoes by our resident tomato expert, Tim – as we dine on the following dishes: Heirloom Tomato & Brie Tart; Creamy Zucchini Soup with Walnuts & Dill; Peach, Tomato & Burrata Salad; Cajun-Spiced Shrimp with Browned Butter-Corn Polenta; and Peach & Blackberry Crisp with Maple Browned Butter Topping.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy with this class.
