Let’s whisk away to Paris for the afternoon to enjoy a delicious three-course lunch – complete with recipes, tips, and techniques – based on dishes often found in French bistros. In this demonstration class, learn to make a rustic-yet-elegant French vegetable soup, Potage aux Légumes, and the classic wine-braised chicken, Coq au Vin Blanc with Easy Whipped Potatoes. For dessert, we’ll make Pâte à Choux (a versatile pastry dough) which we will then fill with ice cream and drizzle with chocolate for delicious Profiteroles. Grab your fellow Francophiles and join us! Guests are welcome to bring their own wine to this class.
