In this class, we will discuss the different varieties of kale, how to choose, prepare, and store it, and enjoy recipes with this dark, leafy supergreen as the headliner. Recipes include snacks and starters like Roasted Kale Chips with “Nooch”; Warm Kale & White Bean Dip; and Kale-Basil Pesto followed by Kale Caesar with Crispy Chickpeas; Kale Salad with Dates, Almonds & Parmesan; and comfort in a bowl, Mediterranean Braised White Beans & Greens with Parmesan & Torn Sourdough Croutons. Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages, including wine and beer.
