Officially kick off the autumn season at our day-long Fall Equinox Reset + Realign Retreat, held at the picturesque 11-acre Laurel Run Culinary Farm in historic Brownhelm, Ohio.
Picture this: Your toes nestled in the cool grass, the end-of-summer sun on your shoulders, an autumn breeze whispering change. Exhale, embrace the goodness, nourishment, clarity, and contentment this season offers. This retreat embraces five wellness pillars: food, movement, spirit, body, and community. It’s a day to rediscover profound connections. Ground yourself, reconnect with nature, shed what no longer serves, and sow the seeds of a new season. Allow it to be day free from texts, to-do lists, and worries. A day to luxuriate in the present moment.

Grounding Yoga Sessions + Sunset Sound Bath: Start and end the day with Lauren Miceli of Sacred Rising Yoga as she leads you through vinyasa + restorative yoga practices and an indulgent sunset sound bath
Cooking Class: Join Laura DePalma Isabella of Chakra Kitchen + Wellness for a culinary adventure “Cooking for Your Chakras” where she will teach you to feel nourished and balanced through a variety of foods
Al Fresco Lunch: Following the cooking class, enjoy the “fruits of your labor” with a leisurely lunch in the orchard
Seasonal Outdoor Feast: In the evening, savor a farm-to-table, family-style dinner by Dena Fisher of Dena’s Table at North Ridge Farm
Meditation, Reiki & Journaling: Give your mind, body + spirit a much-needed “time out” during this group meditation, reiki and journaling practice focused on resetting, realigning and restarting
Essential Oil Workshop: Craft your own personal grounding blend + bath salts to take home
Free Time: Roam the beautiful grounds of Laurel Run Culinary Farm, take a dip in the pool, meditate amongst the trees, explore the garden, collect farm-fresh chicken eggs, even try your hand at fishing in the pond!
Refreshments: Sip + nibble throughout the day on various refreshments from Chakra Kitchen + Wellness

Please wear comfy clothes with layers. Also please bring a yoga mat + light blanket, bathing suit/towel (weather dependent) + an open mind!
